Robert L. Gold, MD, FACC, FHRS
Dr. Gold attended the University of Maryland. He continued at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Dr. Gold's cardiology fellowship was completed at George Washington University. Dr. Gold is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and specializes in cardiac arrhythmias. He is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Diseases and Cardiac Electrophysiology. He is a member of the Heart Rhythm Society. Dr. Gold's professional interests include cardiac electrical disorders and pacemakers. Dr. Robert L. Gold also served as the former Director of the Electrophysiologic (EP) Laboratory at the University of Massachusetts and at Shady Grove Medical Center. Dr. Gold was awarded the esteemed Physician RISES Award by Shady Grove Medical Center for his superior care of patients.
